In November 2025, our talented snow team transformed The Grove’s Wisteria Cottage into a magical winter wonderland for a Victoria’s Secret influencer retreat, Iconic Xmas.

    Client: Victoria’s Secret
Industry: Fashion / Retail / Influencer Marketing
Location: The Grove, Chandler’s Cross, Hertfordshire, UK
Venue: Wisteria Cottage at The Grove
Event: Victoria’s Secret Iconic Xmas Influencer Retreat
    Date: November 2025
Event type: Influencer / Brand Experience
Theme: Luxury Winter Wonderland / Christmas
Big Foot services: Snow dressing, artificial snow, falling snow effects, snow flocking, bespoke snow angels, event theming and winter effects

    The Brief

In November 2025, our talented snow team transformed The Grove’s Wisteria Cottage in Hertfordshire into a magical winter wonderland for Victoria’s Secret influencer retreat, Iconic Xmas.

Our client reached out to us hoping to create a spectacular winter wonderland for their upcoming event. With a luxurious cottage and garden as the ideal canvas, our snow dressing would be able to shine.

The vision included falling snow, snow flocking across both synthetic and natural surfaces, snow angels and carefully positioned snow dressing, all working together to create an exquisite, immersive festive scene.

The finished environment needed to provide the perfect setting for influencers and content creators to showcase Victoria’s Secret products and capture high-quality Christmas content.

    The Challenge

Bringing this gorgeous vision to life presented several obstacles.

The scene needed to appear authentic, using a variety of artificial snow and winter effects, including falling snow, frosted surfaces and a delicate dusting of snow across the ground.

Creating the all-important snow angels presented another challenge. Physically making snow angels in artificial snow simply wasn’t effective enough to produce the beautiful, camera-ready results required for the event.

There was also a quick turnaround, while the forecast initially predicted rain that could compromise the effect of the snow and the overall outdoor winter wonderland.

For an influencer event where photography and videography were such an important part of the experience, every detail needed to look right both in person and on camera.

    The Solution

Our snow team liaised closely with the client to ensure expectations were met and exceeded.

Fortunately, the forecast changed, providing crisp, dry weather that complemented the wintry scene perfectly.

To create the iconic angels, rather than relying on guests to make them in the artificial snow, our team crafted the snow angels by hand, allowing influencers to pose within the premade designs and ensuring they looked beautiful for photography.

Different snow effects were then used throughout Wisteria Cottage and its garden to create the immersive winter environment, including snow flocking, ground snow and spectacular falling snow.

The snowfall itself was precisely timed to coincide with videography and photography, ensuring the content looked flawless on camera.

  3. Big Foot Events Showcase 2025

    Village Hotel Blackpool, November 2025

    Producer: Erica Crompton

Reviewer: Mark Ritchie | UK Cabaret Magazine

I think I was present for the very first Bigfoot showcase which, if memory serves, was staged in Crewe. I worked for The Stage newspaper back then and twenty years has gone by in the blink of an eye.

    Showcase 2025 Golden Statues

Meet and greet and the general welcome was copious and extravagant, as we have come to expect from the ravishingly gorgeous Erica Crompton and her gang. Dinosaurs, living statues, photo booth ball-pits, show-girls and a whole menagerie of animatronics and puppetry ensured attendees were pitched straight into a maelstrom of merriment fun and general interest as soon as everyone ventured through the doors.

Emmerdale actor Tom Lister, who is also a good singer and entertainer, was tasked with Compere duties and very fine he was too. To kick things off, it was ‘Chico Time’. This singer, who shot to stardom in X Factor, pops up on telly from time to time and here he was showing us how he struts his staff in a live situation. In fact, Chico never left the room all evening, schmoozing around hither and yon.

Jackie Deane is a fine soul singer and comes across as a genuine class act. Her set was truncated by a technical issue, but we saw more than enough to be suitably impressed by her great set on the night.

Kurtis Ray’s Hip Hop Show was a real highlight, due mainly to his skill and convincing delivery of some 90’s party bangers from the likes of Will Smith and House of Pain.

90’s Rewind is a five-band band, led by an outstanding female singer, who proved two things. Firstly, that she is a rather special vocal talent and secondly, that singers donning sun-glasses should not walk backwards on a stage. Her dramatic fall, over an on-stage monitor, was spectacular, but her recovery was impressive too.

K-Pop Superstars is the in-vogue streaming favourite of the Spotify & TikTok generation. Slick dance moves here from a stand-out tribute attraction.

Wild Nights is a three-piece live band, who play guitar drums and bass. The boys have only one singer, but the live feel of well-played segued party favourites set created a great buzz.

    Showcase 2025 Short n Sweet

Sweet N’ Sour is a nice idea forging, as this act does, a blend of Olivia Rodrigo and Sabrina Carpenter tributes. Augmented by dancers and a sexy line in presentation, this is for the young and young at heart to party with.

Rhythm and Rouge forge an amalgam of Moulin Rouge and The Greatest Showman songs. This outstanding attraction makes for high-end genre tribute fare by creating bespoke shows with unlimited numbers of singers and dancers, when the request is made and the budget is on the flexible side.

I loved The Review the first time I saw them and now I love them even more! A three-piece commercial rock covers band with edge, would be the best way to describe this band. Three great musicians, three great singers and it is kind of like having three front men all in the same band. “Ricky Martin has never sounded so metal“ said the Compere, as the band finished off by Living La Vida Loca.

Teddy Swimz is billed as The Ultimate Teddy Swims tribute act. I thought I would not know much of the music, until I heard a couple of songs, which I knew both off by heart. A great vocal performance here too.

Some singers sashay on stage dressed to the nines and we just know, before they sing a note, that they will be terrific. Kerrie-Anne is a beautifully dressed and superbly presented artiste who will be accustomed to having a big band playing behind her. This lady sings with conviction and her compelling performance, featuring an enviable head and chest voice, truly caught my ear in the best possible fashion.

    Showcase 2025 Betty Legs Diamond

Closing out the first half, it was time to meet a true showbiz legend in Betty Legs Diamond. Along with two male dancers, Betty gave us a taste of drag genius, allied to the famed incredible high-kicks and of course by performing the splits to finish. A Royal Variety performer of course and showbusiness Royalty for sure.

After the break and some scrumptious food, it was time to meet a new Compere, in the shape of chirpy scouse singer and entertainer Tim Lucas. Arriving on stage on a pushbike, this young man reminded me greatly of the brilliant Ricky K, before he became a tribute. I even got in on the act as Mr Lucas stuck a microphone under my nose and I suddenly and unexpectedly became a backing singer.

I first saw The Pub Party – Last Orders a few years ago and thought that someone had come up with a great idea. Six burly blokes in a variety of high-vis gear overalls or football shirts, all sit around a pub bar. Suddenly they rise and pitch in with the boy-band hits, as they merrily clatter their pint pots in a ‘songs from the pubs’ style singalong. Great fun!

It was tough to know what to make of Munkee Mania. Dancers and acrobats, dressed as chimps and gorillas, performed to a pulsating soundtrack.

I have seen and enjoyed Whitney Houston tribute singer Taryn Charles before. I am far from being an avid telly watcher, so as a consequence, I have no idea what a ‘Golden Buzzer Singer’ is. Despite my lack of talent show knowledge, it is easy to discern that Ms Charles and her cleverly segued set was quite a hit.

Lunafall is a three-piece live band from the Midlands who pack many songs into their set, playing all with verve and excitement. This band is must for any party. These guys could start a party in an empty room!

Girls on Cue features two very glamorous and well-dressed female singer/dancers, who brought a taste of an Ibiza style party to Blackpool. There are many such acts up and down the land just now, which must be determined by the sheer demand.

    Showcase 2025 Girls on Cue
    Showcase 2025 Boomin

You never know quite what to expect with Boomin. This amazing three-piece party band always deliver, but exactly what will they deliver? Is this a mash-up of segued tunes or something more carefully rehearsed? I suspect the latter to be true. In the final analysis it does not matter one jot. Boomin just has to be the best band of their type in the UK. Bar-None!

Kevon Bennett is a truly great soul singer and performer and here complete with his all-female singing and dancing troupe, this makes for high-end cabaret style party entertainment. This is a truly tremendous act.

Proving two things: 1/ The Hour was Late and 2/ perhaps I am not as clever as some people seem to think I am, The Drag Band came next. The name was a bit of a giveaway, as this great band are fronted by what at first glance, seemed to be a very tall female singer armed with a sweet feminine voice. After a brief chat with agency principal Erica Crompton, I managed to confirm that this stand-out singer and performer is a drag artiste of some repute.

    Showcase 2025 Spice Girls Experience

Closing out a wonderfully entertaining showcase was The Spice Girls Experience. Plenty of girl-power sass and some nice choreography here too, which I’m sure is better in many ways than the originals. But hey, let’s accentuate the positive and simply conclude these five spicy ladies have all the prerequisite Zig-A-Zig Ah!

Bigfoot Events Showcase is always a blue-Riband event, but this year’s showcase was in my view, the best-ever. Carefully chosen acts and a breadth and span to the variety and sheer quality on offer. I also wanted to mention the beautiful member of Bigfoot staff by the name of Mia, who looked after me very well indeed.

    If Carlsberg made showcases….etcetera-etcetera!

  4. An Evening of Country: Live Country Bands and Tribute Acts at Manchester Cathedral

    Client: JBM Music
    Industry: Live Music / Events
    Location: Manchester Cathedral, Manchester, UK
    Event: An Evening of Country
    Date: Friday 3rd October 2025
    Event type: Live Music Event
    Theme: Country / Nashville
Big Foot services: Live music booking, country bands, tribute acts, artist sourcing, entertainment programming and line-up curation

    The Brief

On Friday 3rd October 2025, we were thrilled to bring a taste of Nashville to Manchester Cathedral for An Evening of Country with our wonderful client JBM Music.

JBM Music wanted to create a country night that would bring the spirit of Nashville to the UK.

With the genre experiencing a huge surge in popularity, the goal was to deliver a line-up of performers who were authentic, charismatic and true to the artists and music they represented.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Manchester Cathedral, the event needed to feel both grand and intimate. We wanted to create a celebration of music that would fill this iconic Manchester venue with cowboy boots, hats and unforgettable country charm.

    The Challenge

With country music taking centre stage across the UK, the options for acts were vast – from modern tributes and classic country icons to solo artists and full live bands.

The challenge lay in curating a line-up that would appeal to both long-time country lovers and a new generation of fans discovering the genre.

With several performers appearing on the same bill, the acts also needed to complement one another rather than simply provide more of the same.

And, of course, every performer needed to have the vocals, personality and stage presence to hold their own in a venue as prestigious as Manchester Cathedral.

    The Solution

To meet the brief, Big Foot Events handpicked an exciting mix of country tribute acts and live performers who could capture every side of the genre.

We provided JBM Music with a tailored shortlist of acts, showcasing a blend of modern country hits and timeless classics, before finalising a line-up that promised something for everyone.

Our chosen artists embodied the Nashville sound perfectly:

    • Like Combs – a high-energy Luke Combs tribute delivering powerhouse vocals and southern charm.
    • Dolly Parton by Kennedy Caitlin – an authentic, crowd-favourite tribute filled with sparkle, sass and all the classic Dolly hits.
    • Newark to Nashville – celebrating some of the biggest country hits from across the decades.
    • Shania by Nicola Marie – bringing the unmistakable music and energy of Shania Twain to the stage with show-stopping vocals.
    • Cat’s Country Band – a vibrant live country band bringing fresh energy to the genre with iconic tunes and country-inspired party favourites.

Together, they created a cohesive and dynamic line-up that captured the true spirit of Nashville.

Snow doesn’t just fall – it transforms! Our skilled Snow Technicians specialise in creating entire landscapes. Think: blankets of snow on grass, frosting on trees, flurries across rooftops, and gentle snowfall over winding paths. The results? Magical, immersive scenes that look like a scene straight from a Christmas card.

Case Studies: Snow Machines in Action

At Vulcan Park in Workington, we created a snowy haven. A mix of falling snow at the entrance and flocking across the trees created a picture-perfect welcome. Families queued all day for photos under the snowflakes, and the park felt alive with festive spirit.

At Longleat Safari Park, we faced the challenge of transforming a vast outdoor space into a wintry world that lasted throughout the season. With careful planning and plant-friendly snow flock, we created a durable snow scene that withstood the elements – an enchanting experience for visitors from November to January.

And in Falmouth, we took town-wide snow coverage to the next level. Our Snow Machines dusted the streets with snow, while winter-themed activities, ice rinks, and curling lanes encouraged families to explore every corner of the high street. Shoppers got their festive fix, and the town glowed with Christmas spirit.

Each of these projects demonstrates what makes us unique. No matter the scale, terrain, or weather forecast, we design snow effects that are not only magical but also practical, sustainable, and completely bespoke.

Snow effects are the perfect way to elevate festive parties, light switch-on events, or even weddings. They don’t just add atmosphere – they create unforgettable photo and video moments that guests and brands love to share. It’s no surprise our snow has featured in supermarket Christmas adverts, music videos, and even full town centre transformations.

    Creating Christmas

Snow sets the scene, but it’s the finishing touches that make it unforgettable. From Giant Snow Globes to curling lanes and synthetic ice rinks, we bring the sparkle that completes the winter wonderland. Guests step into a festive story, surrounded by characters and activities that make the atmosphere even more memorable.

Rain or shine, Big Foot Events can guarantee you a white Christmas!

Industry: Television / Media / Experiential Events
Location: The Mildmay Club, London, UK

    Date: 23rd July 2025
Event type: Television Premiere / Press & Influencer Event
Audience: Influencers, celebrities and industry VIPs
Big Foot services: Fully branded Photobooth Ball Pit, branded activation, interactive photo opportunity, digital photocards, installation and event support

    The Brief

On 23rd July 2025, we provided a fully-branded Photobooth Ball Pit for our fantastic client, Kew Workshop, adding extra fun to the Season 2 premiere of Mr Bigstuff at The Mildmay Club in London.

Our client came to us looking for a playful photo moment for Sky/Now TV’s exclusive premiere.

Around 100 guests – including influencers, celebrities and industry VIPs – enjoyed a screening of the first two episodes and a cast Q&A, with a pre-party packed full of interactive fun.

Our Photobooth Ball Pit needed to fit right into the experience, providing an eye-catching, fully branded photo opportunity that guests could jump straight into.

    The Challenge

Despite a tight load-in – first floor venue and tricky parking! – our team needed to get the Photobooth Ball Pit into The Mildmay Club, installed, fully branded and ready for guests on time. With a busy premiere schedule and around 100 guests expected, there was little room for delay. It was yet another reminder that we’ve yet to find a venue we can’t deliver a ball pit in.

    The Solution

We arrived well ahead of schedule, built everything on time and kept the experience smooth from start to finish. We installed a fully branded Ball Pit Photobooth, complete with a matching backdrop and wrap that immersed guests in Mr Bigstuff’s branding.

Imagine posing in a sea of colourful balls while our exclusive top-down photo rig captures every moment from above. Each guest received instant digital photocards carrying the show’s branding – designed for easy mobile sharing and perfect memories.

Influencers needed no persuasion for a photo opportunity. Guests dived in, striking standout poses and leaving with branded digital takeaways.

A surprise hit was the ‘Find Danny’s Balls’ challenge: 100 stress balls printed with Danny Dyer’s face, hidden around the venue with a 30-second timer to collect as many as possible for a prize.

While we couldn’t supply branded balls this time due to lead times, our client’s stress-ball solution worked a treat and has inspired new fast-turnaround options for future projects.

  10. How Big Foot Created a Summer of Free Family Entertainment at Doncaster Lakeside Village

    Client: Lakeside Village
    Industry: Retail / Shopping Destination
    Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
    Event: Summer family entertainment programme
    Programme: May–August 2025
Audience: Families and visitors of all ages
Big Foot services: Themed entertainment, family activities, mini golf, themed trails, craft workshops and interactive performers, experiential marketing, retail entertainment

    The Brief

Lakeside Village wanted to make its retail destination a more attractive place for families to visit during the summer holidays. The objective was to provide free, high-quality family entertainment that would give visitors an additional reason to spend time at the centre and encourage families to return throughout the summer. The programme needed to work within a retail environment while offering enough variety to keep the experience engaging across several months.

    The Challenge

The brief wasn’t simply to provide a one-off children’s activity. Lakeside Village needed a summer-long programme of family entertainment, with different experiences that could appeal to children and parents throughout the May-to-August period.

The activities also needed to be accessible to visitors of different ages and interests, while creating a consistent overall theme that could connect the individual experiences.

Big Foot therefore developed an under-the-sea theme that could be used across interactive activities, installations, crafts and live entertainment.

Our team coordinated with Centre Management at length to ensure we had the right dimensions for our props, activities and experiences, including the best time for installation and set up, which would take a considerable time and needed to be in place prior to the first date of activities.

Doncaster Lakeside Village: Summer of Free Family Fun Crazy Golf

Families dove into summer fun – literally. Lakeside Village welcomed visitors of all ages to enjoy free, high-quality entertainment in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. From imaginative storytelling to ocean-themed crafts, the centre buzzed with activity, driving repeat visits all summer long.

Doncaster Lakeside Village: Summer of Free Family Fun Crafts, Pirates, Props

    The Solution

Big Foot created a programme of ocean-inspired family activities and entertainment for Lakeside Village, combining interactive installations, games, creative workshops and live performers.

The programme included four key elements.

    Rocky Reefs Crazy Golf

Big Foot supplied a free, under-the-sea-themed mini golf course designed specifically for family participation.

The Rocky Reefs Crazy Golf experience featured colourful ocean-themed props, obstacles and everything visitors needed to play.

This provided Lakeside Village with a substantial interactive attraction that families could participate in during their visit.

    Ocean-Themed Prop Trail

Big Foot created a centre-wide under-the-sea prop trail.

Visitors were challenged to find six different sea characters positioned around Lakeside Village. Finding the characters revealed a secret word, turning a walk around the retail destination into an interactive treasure hunt.

The trail encouraged families to explore different areas of the centre while taking part in a themed activity together.

    Storybook-Inspired Craft Workshops

From 26 July to 30 August 2025, Big Foot delivered children’s craft workshops every Saturday.

The workshops combined storytelling, creative crafts, puzzles and quizzes, with activities inspired by children’s books.

This added a regular programme of scheduled family activities to the summer offering and gave visitors a reason to return for different sessions.

    Pirates Ahoy

Big Foot also provided interactive pirate performers to bring live entertainment to the programme.

The performers added a character-led element to the under-the-sea theme, interacting with families and creating opportunities for children to become part of the experience rather than simply watching a performance.

    What Big Foot Delivered

Across the summer programme, Big Foot provided:

    • An under-the-sea-themed family entertainment concept
    • Rocky Reefs themed crazy golf
    • A centre-wide ocean-themed prop trail
    • Six sea-character trail installations
    • A secret-word treasure-hunt mechanic
    • Weekly Saturday craft workshops
    • Storytelling sessions
    • Creative children’s activities
    • Puzzles and quizzes
    • Interactive pirate performers
    • Themed props and installations
    • Free activities designed for families visiting a retail destination

    The Result

From May through August 2025, Lakeside Village offered visitors a consistent programme of free, themed family entertainment, rather than relying on a single event or activity.

The combination of a permanent-style interactive attraction, a centre-wide trail, scheduled workshops and live performers meant that the programme provided different ways for families to engage with the destination throughout the summer.

The under-the-sea concept also gave the individual activities a coherent identity, allowing the crazy golf, prop trail, workshops and pirate entertainment to work together as one overall summer campaign.

    What This Case Study Demonstrates

This project demonstrates Big Foot’s ability to create and deliver multi-week family entertainment programmes for retail destinations, combining themed attractions, interactive trails, creative workshops and live performers.

Rather than providing one isolated piece of entertainment, Big Foot developed a connected summer programme that could operate across different dates and locations within a retail complex while maintaining a consistent theme and visitor experience.

For shopping centres, retail parks and other visitor destinations looking for family entertainment during school holidays, this approach provides a way to combine regular activities with larger interactive attractions and themed entertainment.

  11. Installations That Score: Superdrug Ball Pit at the Netball Super League in London

    Client: N2O
    Brand: Superdrug Online Doctor
Industry: Brand Activation / Sport / Experiential Events
Location: The O2, Greenwich, London, UK
Event: Netball Super League Grand Final
    Date: 6th July 2025
Event type: Sporting Event / Fan Zone Activation
Campaign: ‘Don’t Drop the Ball on Your Health’
Big Foot services: Ball Pit Photobooth, interactive photo experience, branded digital takeaways, on-site operation and experiential entertainment

    The Brief

On 6th July 2025, we worked with our wonderful client, N2O, to deliver a Ball Pit Photobooth in the Fan Zone at the Netball Super League Grand Final, held at The O2 in Greenwich, London.

The installation formed part of Superdrug Online Doctor’s ‘Don’t Drop the Ball on Your Health’ campaign. N2O approached us to create a playful, interactive feature that would engage fans ahead of the match, generate memorable moments and tie neatly into Superdrug’s campaign message. This had to work within a busy Fan Zone packed with other brands.

The goal? Making maximum impact on a modest budget.

    The Challenge

With a tight turnaround and a limited budget, our main challenge was creating something eye-catching, engaging and on-brand without the support of external signage or overt branding.

This left the activation at risk of blending into the bustling Fan Zone at The O2.

The unpredictable weather also posed a risk to the setup: any rain could endanger the technology and guest experience.

With large numbers of fans enjoying the Fan Zone ahead of the Netball Super League Grand Final, the experience also needed to remain inviting, safe and easy for guests to participate in throughout the day.

    The Solution

To protect the tech and maintain a seamless experience despite drizzle, N2O added a last-minute gazebo, ensuring the pit stayed dry and functional. Meanwhile, our on-site team managed guest flow, engaged visitors and kept the pit inviting and safe all day. Even without external branding, the unique interactive design drew attention and consistent crowds.

We installed our one-of-a-kind Ball Pit Photobooth to capture both polished and playful moments.

Fans were encouraged to step inside and capture two moments – the first composed and smiley, the second silly, mid-pit chaos.

The result? A branded digital takeaway that felt fun, personal and shareable – perfect for post-event reach.

    What Big Foot Events Delivered

For N2O and Superdrug Online Doctor at the Netball Super League Grand Final at The O2 in Greenwich, Big Foot Events provided:

    • One-of-a-kind Ball Pit Photobooth
    • Interactive Fan Zone experience
    • Two-stage guest photo experience
    • Branded digital photo takeaways
    • Instant shareable content
    • Delivery to The O2, Greenwich, London
    • Installation and setup
    • On-site Ball Pit Photobooth team
    • Guest engagement
    • Guest-flow management
    • Safe operation throughout the event
    • Event-day support

    The Result

The combination of interactive fun and instant digital takeaways amplified engagement, proving that working to budget doesn’t mean compromising on quality.

Fans embraced the experience, creating both polished photos and plenty of silly mid-pit chaos, while the digital takeaways extended the activation beyond the Fan Zone itself.

We received fantastic feedback from our client:

‘I just wanted to say a big “thank you” for helping get this over the line – the activation was a huge success! Andrew and Danny were amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. On site, they clearly explained how the Ball Pit Photo Booth worked and were fantastic with both our clients and the general public.’

This activation proved that even with a stripped-back build and modest budget, creativity and careful execution can deliver an experience that feels premium, engaging and unforgettable.
